By accessing or using VoxDriver, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

VoxDriver is a voice-activated AI companion that provides information about landmarks, points of interest, and geographic features while you drive. The Service is designed to work alongside navigation applications and requires location access to function.

⚠️ Important Safety Notice: VoxDriver is designed for hands-free use, but you are solely responsible for safe driving. Do not interact with your device while driving if it causes distraction. Always obey traffic laws and keep your primary attention on the road.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use VoxDriver, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate and complete information
You may not create multiple accounts or share your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

VoxDriver offers a free tier with limited queries per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Price: $4.99/month (subject to change with notice)
Billing: Automatically charged monthly via App Store
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through App Store settings
Refunds: Managed by Apple's App Store refund policy

4.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Abuse or overload our systems
Share or resell access to the Service
Use automated tools to access the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

VoxDriver and its content (including AI-generated responses, software, design, and branding) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our content
Use our trademarks without permission
Create derivative works

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Information provided will be 100% accurate
All landmarks will be identified correctly
The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from app use

9. Driving Safety

CRITICAL: You acknowledge that:

VoxDriver is not a substitute for paying attention to the road
You will comply with all traffic laws and regulations
You will not use the Service in a way that causes distraction

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
